financing agreement

financing agreement

If I'm writing, but not the mortgage agreement, am I responsible for the foreclosure?

Whiole History: We were separated 2 years ago. I signed a quit claim deed and gave the property shortly thereafter. He returned to finance the house without me on the loan, no longer lived there and are now divorced. They ran the property before the deed of settlement was filed because my ex was sitting there for some time. Earlier this year I received the paperwork again: the foreclosure of your home. I was named as a defendant. This call was a copy of the new mortgage agreement with him as the only borrower. I filed a response with copies of the deed quit claim and the evidence that was not a signer of the existing mortgage. I was in the title, but I'm not over and over again, was not involved in refinancing the house. The sentence has been and still am (according to court), responsible together with its current tenant. How is that possible, and I am truly responsible?

AS LONG AS THE settlement was recorded – There should be no problem. Title EVERYONE has to do is an amendment to Title by updating the information. As simple as that.
