mortgage climb up a thousand dollars. What will my bank?

I stopped paying my mortgage in February because they simply can not pay more because a of them rose a thousand dollars. What I can expect my bank to do? I put my house on the market although it is ~ $ 80,000.00 less than what my mortgage is combined. My bank does not try to make me pay the monthly mortgage part of it? In my view, if a partial payment is the same as not helpful to the extent that my credit is concerned, then why should I pay even that? All this goes to interest. I want to wait until I can sell my home short or foreclose and in the meantime, use the extra money to pay some debts. Does this strategy sound?

This is a disaster strategy. You're ruining your life voluntarily. Not so I threw on you. refinance or sell. If you have no intention of doing well, at least call and ask for some kind of plan to leave peacefully and not have ruined your credit history for the next decade.
